Our Healing Circles take place every week, sometimes multiple days a week, they act as virtual healing sanctuaries where we are encouraged to reclaim our inherent right to healing every day of our lives with the support of our communities. Our healing is like a web made stronger by the bonds we form, tying ourselves to each other’s betterment, ensuring the growth of ourselves also equates to the ultimate growth and happiness of our support systems. While healing can often be an isolating experience, we want to encourage a coming out of the shadows and into a community communion. Healing is one of the main constants in our life, as long we’re alive we will always be healing and growing. With every single one of us on this planet being able to understand and connect through this deep-seated ancient truth, it is the miracle that forms an everlasting bond between all of us on Earth and beyond. Healing is our superpower community and our Ancestors have been using the daily ritual as a radical gathering and force for an uprising when calls for liberation ring. Healing is how we revolutionalize. In our Healing Everyday Healing Circles, we are reimagining the space, time, and energy we give to our own healing process. We have decided to craft sacred rituals and ceremonies of magical union with others out of our healing practice. We are choosing to heal together, daily, as a collective with the understanding that as children of Earth, we have always belonged to villages, our survival and our joy for life are intimately tied to the way we experience community and connection with others. While loneliness is an emotion we will learn to value in this life, it is not meant to be a lifelong, daily ritual. Healing is the ritual, healing together is the revolution we need and deserve to bring our deepest sense of peace on Earth to life. We are capable, you are capable of radical pleasure, joy, and healing through forming a community. You are needed. Join us, we are so grateful to have you with us!

What takes place during an Awakening Ekhaya Healing Circle?

1. We begin with Hellos! We want to give everyone a chance to say hi, introduce themselves, and get settled into our space together! You can speak on the mic or in the chat or any other way you enjoy communicating!
2. Our Healing Circle Teacher will explain a little about the healing Circles and set an intention for the ceremony. We will then open up the space for others to also voice their intentions as well, all of us taking part in bringing others the healing, clarity, love, and support they need. In this way, we are all actively a part of each other’s dream and peacebuilding. We call this spiritual surrogacy.
3. Our Teacher will then lead us through a grounding meditation where we will connect to our Earthly Ancestral roots. This meditation will help ground us all in our bodies while also connecting our hearts to our deeper truths and knowings delivered from Earth’s infinite wisdom.
4. After our first meditation, our Teacher will share some channeled messages from Earth and Spirit. We will discuss these messages and how they relate to the healing we want to focus on and the areas of growth we would like to nourish that week and so on. We will also ask others if they would like to share their experience and any wisdom they received during the meditation. These revelations will be compiled in a document available to everyone. This is an archive of our magical history.
5. Then we will go into another meditation, this time connecting beyond Earth to our Cosmic Ancestors. We may set more intentions during this meditation as well.
6. After this cosmic meditation, we will again share what is coming up for us and what's been revealed. Our teacher will again share channeled messages, this time from cosmic ancestors, Angels, star family, etc.
7. We will then hold space for people to express and clear out energy that they need communal healing help with. We will hold space for these people, offering our own guidance as well as helping transmute the energy stored up. This will be a cleansing time.
8. Finally, the teacher will share the oracle and tarot cards of the week and the messages from Spirit around healing. Others will also be free to share their own readings (keep it brief).
9. We will then close out our ceremony and gatherings with our gratitude circles, offering thanks. And all saying what we are looking forward to feeling and experiencing over the next few days.
10. Our teacher will set the final intention for healing and heart-centered action and close the session.
